Do Minion Damage Nodes impact minion instability Like it Does in the First Game?

Hey all,

Basically the title asks it all. In Path of Exile 1, minion damage investments impacted the damage of Minion Instability. Is that the case in Path of Exile 2? Both games have similar descriptions for the support, but assumptions needed to be made in the first game, where the second game is attempting to avoid assumptions.

Does anyone know?
