Lightning spear builds single target?

Biggest hole in my build right now is single target.

I see some builds either using storm lance + CoC/self cast sniper mark to generate the frenzy charges for it, but since I went ritualist I just don't think im critting enough even with a 10% base crit wep and it ends up being really clunky. Or seem to be using primal strikes, which I tried and being in melee off your roah and locked in a 3pt animation seems like suicide, and the damage wasn't that great either.

Im copying support gems off PoE ninja w/ greaters in all the skill im trying, my spear is 450 phy/50 lightning dps w/ 9.12% crit so things should be doing okay unless the amazon nodes are that good.

Only thing I've found to be somewhat smooth is just non scattershot build for storm lance and detonating it with explosive spears, but damage still kinda sucks, but is at least better than lightning spear by a largest margin.

Not really sure what to do gamers, takes like 60 seconds to kill map bosses sometimes if the mods are bad enough, when every build I played last league deleted them in like 10-20 seconds with similar investment in gear which right now is around 15 div.
