Tactician Supporting Fire Cooldown bug

I don't know if this is intended or not but %increased cooldown recovery doesn't work on tacticians supporting fire skill. Namely the Volatile Catalyst and the nodes near it, when i spec them it's still 40 seconds cooldown.

Looks like plenty Tactician stuff is bugged, Volatile Grenades also doesn't do anything

Because the skill counts as an invisible minion using the skill, it wont use your cooldown recovery rate.

That is also the reason why most cooldown recovery rate/cooldown usage support gems wont work on it.

If there were a passive node for cooldown recovery on minions, then it would apply.
