Ranger Builds?

Hello fellow exiles.

I started the League as Ranger and used a Pillar build to get to the endgame, just to find out that there aren't any good and up-to-date ranger builds right now.

Can anyone give me a clue which one/ones are still working fine? I think Lightning Deadeye is the only one that is played right now.

Any ideas?

(I only have time to play the game and follow builds, for creating own builds I am not talented and enthusiastic enough)
