Empire's Grasp + Shield charge combo?

So, the new unique Empire's grasp reverses the direction of knock-back, if I were to wear those while using shield charge, is there a way I could turn my character into a fast moving mob vacuum cleaner? Im trying to get an effect where mobs are trapped surrounding my character- preferably while my character is non-stationary
