Act 1 boss for spirit points

Hello

I have problem with that boss i think.
At the moment in total i have 45 spirit points.
I did kill that boss in 1st act and on the map it says +30 and skull of boss that is dead. The same thing with act 3 boss but i got from him the item that give +30 spirit.
Is there some kind of bug with that foe or i'm doing something wrong?

Im dumb.. the ritualist trait took 20%of my spirit
