something feels off. level 60 and at 57% crit. i tested with shocking leap on disengage last night and dropped literally 1 shocking ground per 20 attempts. my base crit change is 11.4%...seems like the 57% is being divided by base crit on hit or something strange. it def isnt giving straight chance to crit
