Curse not activating sometimes

I'm having an issue with Temporal Chains specifically, Despair seems to work just fine.

Slotted gems are: Ritualistc curse, Decaying Hex, Cursed Ground.

Problem is probably not related to decaying hex as I was using Expanse there but having the curse not activate then be on 8sec cd was being a little bit of a problem lol.

I can't replicate the issue intentionally but it happens a lot of the time when engaging new packs of mobs for the first time for some reason.

I have that with despair as well, I have it more often the bigger my area increase is. Seems like it cant evaluate space or something. Not related to the g patch, had it before already.
