Corruption nexus gone, what should i do ?

Minor issues but i'm a bit lost as a newbie, my game crashed during my first corruption nexus and i was unable to relog for a while. When i was, the map portals were gone, and when i open my atlas, the nexus does not exist anymore, so i'm not sure how i can progress now forward.

Should i clear all the corrupted maps on the patch of corruption were the nexus was ?
Or should i find another area with a patch of corruption and a nexus ?

Can't continue questline so there is no point playing the game without being able to get atlas points. Gamebreaking bug GGG

I had a similar issue, just explored around a little til I found another nexus and the quest continued after clearing it. It's not locked to the first one you see.

It's not a bug, it's what the other guy said. Just find some more corruption, might be a nexus is in it. The map is unending, go explore.

Same happened to me, GGG's server crashed (happens A LOT for EU) and the nexus is gone when I log back in. The only thing you can do is search for the next patch of corruption.

TBH this is going to set your atlas points back by quite a while.
