Question: What is Support average response time?

So I`ve contacted support to migrate all microtransactions under a particular subaccount (not to mention that I was very confused when I realized I actually have two names under same account..);

Do you guys have any experience with support?

I`ve also included the verification code in my e-mail to them - for faster processing, as they say. It`s been three days since then and I`m not sure how long I should wait. I want to start playing, but I can`t until my request is confirmed, so I know which subaccount I`m starting on...

same here. Waited 3 weeks for a first answer. After that it took 3 months for another. Saying i need to submit all mtx receipts from over 12 years which i surely dont have anymore. Lets see whats next.
