Act 2 Medallion

I found both pieces and went back. It placed both of them in the altar and now I can not select my reward. I can arrow back and forth but it will not grant one. Tried reloading and restarting game and restarting PS5

Edit:tried again just today. Can highlight but not select anything still.

I have almost the same problem. I have placed both into the sockets, but can't interact or highlight them in any way.

So I am in the endgame now, but without the buff from both normal and cruel.

I am having the same issue. I wonder if anyone has found a solution or if the ppl that make the game actually care. Smh
