Game Crashes On One Character

I'm having an issue on Xbox, where the game crashes when loading my Ritualist. I can load into my other character fine, but this character I cannot. My Ritualist character just reached the Ziggurat in Act 3, after fighting the boss in the Temple of Kopec. Is there a reason this is happening? Is there a fix? Thank you.
