Game crashes when entering Matlan Waterways Act 3 - Blocked from playing

Currently experiencing crashes when trying to zone into the Matlan Waterway's in Act 3, and since the game returns to its saved state, I login on a load screen, crash indefinitely, cannot proceed and bricking my game/character.

Should note I've tried swapping between DirectX12 and Valkan (I started on 12) but neither work

I tried all my chars in different leagues, with all settings, still cant complete the zone.

Basically i cant get past act 3 with any of characters.

I'm getting the exact same issue but for the Jungle Ruins, I can go back and play any other map no problem but when I enter the ruins its an instant crash to desktop.

I've tried changing to directx11/12, lowering graphics, verifying files, & changing instances, all of it does nothing.

at this point I cant do anything until they notice people are having this issue and fix it.
