Trial of Chaos

I entered the second chamber of the trial of chaos (one where you enter the chamber and survive for a duration). and the trial did not start, now my character is stuck in the trial chamber and can not use town portal.

Same here, had this issue on 3 different runs. Gave up.

Having the same issue, happened twice in a row now.

Make that three times in a row.

Four times in a row. At this point character progression is impossible as ascendancy points are gated behind this bug.

I have the same issue. Been trying for the last 24 hours now.
The game crashes during the start of a random level at the trial, and the game will not let me log in after. Seems like I have to wait for about ~15min for the instance to shut down.

I have also had one bug where a monster spawn at the exit of the trial, making it impossible to reach because of the elevator on the map.
