Rouge Exile Hunted by The great Bear is Un-Killable

It feels like when i hit him he actually gains health its insane. I got him down to about 2/3 health and then He magically gained like 100 hp per second regen and I cant even get him to 80% again

I just had this same issue, except mine ALSO had Consecrated Ground, so on top of the bear regen, every time I got close to her, she flipped away, froze me (even with a Freeze charm, btw) and full healed. I tried fighting her at range, but because hunt-boy-wonder was there, he kept charging her and she would flip away and heal... never got her below half

That's poe balancing for ya.
