Lost corrupted nexus due to disconnects

I'm on the London server, had disconnects. This happened when I went to start my first tower, and 2nd time on a corrupted nexus map. Both times the instance was gone after log in.

This meant the corrupted nexus was gone, which is obviously bad. I recommend that the nexus doesn't disappear after losing map progress to avoid this.
