Witchhunter - small changes request

1. Make "Judge, Jury, and Executioner" (Decimating Strike) interact with "Witchbane" (Concentration). Let's be able to begin the fight with already reduced Concentration.

2. Put the Concentration countdown timer on hold when a boss is immune to damage. This way we do not get unnecessarily screwed over by something out of our hands.

3. Make Sorvery Ward work on all elemental damage, and not just hits.

That is all I ask for Witchhunter, thank you. It's a very underrepresented Ascendancy, and I believe that a little love is deserved.
