can't put Harold of Blood on skill bar

I can't figure out how to put Harold of Blood on my skill bar, it is on my skill tree?

Hi,
Herald of Blood is a reservation skill so you cannot bind it to any buttons. You can activate it by selecting it in the Skills menu and pressing Square, then reserving it. |
