Ancestral Spirits Skill Not Working

LVL 52 and ready to switch my build over. Now I find out the Skill Ancestral Spirits is not working?

I hear that its a bug and they may or may not fix it. Disappointing, was looking forward to the new game play. Now what? Start a new class, stop playing and wait? I understand that this is early access. But I also paid for this.
