not given option to play Dawn of the Hunt

I log in after update and not given option to play Dawn of the Hunt just takes me to where I left off when I last played. It even says before I log in Try Dawn of the Hunt, HOW

When you create a new character you will have the option to pick Dawn of the Hunt league. | |
