On Linux, cannot pin tooltips or open secondary effect tabs in tooltips

Linux Mint 21.4 (Ubuntu)

I am unable to pin tooltips, for example when hovering over a notable and also unable to hit a second tab in a skill's description window. For instance Ice Strike has a tab for a skill description of "Third Strike", I cannot open this. I'm not really sure what to do. I don't see any option in the "Options" menu to enable/disable this feature, but it's very possible I have missed it.

I can verify this. It happen on every version of proton.
