Died while last hitting viper napuatzi Game Stuck

These videos show me last hitting Viper Napuatzi boss with Killing palm at the same time she does finishing blow to me making us trade and the area resets to pre boss fight right after making it bugged and laggy when respawning. Boss loot also all disappear except the support gem

Relaunching or traveling back to encampment did not fix the area for me.. unsure what 2 do.
