Firestorm should consume self-afflicted ignite

Just an idea, but I think it would be nice if firestorm consumed self-inflicted ignites to do it's bonus damage. I'm fairly sure it doesn't now, but it would synergize neatly with several infernalist mechanics if it did and be a nice quality of life benefit for actually running firestorm.
