Fix Burning Ground

As the title says, it's broken.

- Fire resistance does little to mitigate it, or at all

- If burning ground has a physical damage component to it then armor does zilch to mitigate it

- Sorcery ward does not take the damage. It's always full when my character melts on a patch of burning ground

- Burning ground on maps and from enemies are insanely damaging whereas burning ground from character skills is as weak AF.

- On certain map tiles, burning ground patches are invisible or barely discernable. If you all are going to insist on putting this PoS mechanic in the game make it a blazing inferno so players can tell FFS. And put haptic feedback when we're near a patch. Not just when the character is on it, when WE'RE NEAR. Having such feedback for a blazing hot patch capable of killing full res characters in seconds makes a lot of sense.

- and WTF GGG, why do maps randomly sometimes have burning ground when the Waystone does not have it as an effect?! Do you love Burning Ground that much that you want to put it in as much as you can?!

As it is, it's no longer an added challenge to a map. It's just sadistic and time-wasting f#ckery. Diablo 4 had similar unfun and stupid mechanics in it and community outcry led to Blizzard fixing it. I'm sure you all at GGG know about this and yet you seem to think that players are wrong and you are right to keep stuff that are extremely negative to the player experience.

I'm level 85 and coming to the forums I see that many who have reached as far or further in the game are complaining about the same stupid things.

at this point, when crafting maps my regex includes code to highlight maps with burning ground so I can vendor them for gold.

Ya, actually see no sense in getting +1 max res, getting like 90% fire res and still it kinda bricks my maps.
