Decaying Hex still not scaling

So after 4 months, decaying hex is still not scaling with chaos or curse nodes, even if this are its tags.

For comparison its STR counterpart stacks up to 10 times for 250% STR AND scales with warcry dmg increases + global.

After 4 months you could expect to correct this. I have seen so many people telling you about this issue and still 0 communication if it is intented and why the str version does scale and int is not!
