! Icon - Request to toggle visibility

Good afternoon!

Would like to request a minor qol change for the ! quest update icon that appears screen left bottom, next to the in-game clock, to make its appearance toggleable. The ! icon appears quite a bit, along with quite a lot of other quest info and banners, and it would be awesome to have options for a more streamlined UI with less pop-ups, ! icon included.
