Earthquake Doesn't Work Well With Quality.

Earthquake quality is maximum jagged ground +2 at 20%. Jagged ground cannot overlap with this skill. If you are going slam, you are most likely going to go AoE. If you go AoE you have even less room to put Jagged Ground on. It is impossible to even utilize the maximum jagged ground from Earthquake.

The only good solution to this is to REMOVE the overlap restriction of Jagged Ground or change quality completely. Having a skill with 0 cooldown be unspammable simply because you put a 4 second duration on the damaging portion which is the Jagged Ground explosion AND not being able to overlap is simply bad in both the way the skill operates and how it feels to use.

It's just horrible in general, wasn't the best in poe1 and still terrible now. FUnny part is you google earthquake builds and have these bro's using it as a clear skill in T15/16's "showcasing" but man, it's slow and then when they boss they don't use it at all they just HOTG haha "earthquake build" - NOT EVEN ONCE.

Just another skill that is fading into oblivion. They took Boneshatter from the best melee skill in poe1 and made it a half assed support tap for packs of primed to stun mobs, idiots.

Ruin it harder!
