Revamp the skill Rolling Slam for less Bugs

With all the bug issues revolving around Rolling Slam, it may be best to just revamp the entire skill. Instead of making the skill a 2 stage damage output (that seems to be the problem, mathematically and visually) just make it into 1 big rolling slam with only a 1 stage damage output, while including all the benefits of the skill. You can also speed up the skill so that users can benefit from the 2nd effect of the skill, +50dmg to stunned enemies, when users use the skill again on top of a stunned enemy.

It's possibly the worst skill ever seen by a melee class. In a game where most classes have a default attack time of .2 and a main skill attack time of even lower you get rolling slam with a default of 2.5 and a drop in that if you're lucky down to 2 with a smaller AOE than normal mace attack. Whilst doing this skill if you dont have an incredible stun resist you get stunned and it stops. On top of all of that it does less damage than both the default and main skill due to the fact they can attack 10x plus in the same time frame from a distance, whilst moving.

Rolling stun - if there was a poe2 awards night this would defo take out the worst skill.
