Could the community get an update on Support and Security Improvements?

Given this was part of Jonathan's announcement at the end of January, admitting that support for the launch of EA was completely undercooked and that GGG had made a number of mistakes in their handling of security and support queries, it seems fair for the community to get some feedback on how that situation has improved.

I've spent a significant amount of money on POE supporter packs and I would like to continue supporting your products, but the large amount of hysterically negative comments I read about GGG support really make me think I'm sinking my money into a pit that could spit me out at any time.

Multiple weeks wait for a hacked account is a huge breach of trust, let alone multiple months which I've seen happen to some users. GGG, you know this. Jonathan himself said it wasn't good enough. Is it possible you could give us an update on how this section of the company has improved to help rebuild our trust?
