Did GGG nerf Omen drops?

So here's my experience in hardcore for rituals.

I ran over 90 of them and didn't get any omen of value. Not even a single one worth near 1 div.

I'm either cursed, on the left hand of the normal distribution, or they nerfed it. Either way, this is not very agreable and if you nerfed it, you went way to far.
