Monitor Settings not retained / Defaulting / Bugging

Almost every time i load up POE2 it defaults to opening on my main monitor even though it is set to my second monitor.

Also It will regularly open on my second monitor in an offset position whereby the only fixes are to switch it between monitors or switch between windowed and windowed fullscreen.
