Re-work 3rd and 4th ascendency

I found it abysmally difficult to even come remotely close to clearing the 3rd ascendency. I was disappointed to hear Jonathan saying they have no intention of doing this and that its meant to be "aspirational" ? But I have a feeling the hardest content in the game is going to require those four points... I dunno. After a few characters, I put the game down because I couldn't fully complete the character due to this one issue. A lot of the juicy build choices are made in the ascendency but its locked behind the worst content imaginable in path of exile.
