Trials & Titan Class Feedback
- You have enemies attacking Player offscreen.
- Proximity mines that don't translate well with isometric angle and game engine that hick ups because of constant internet requirement along with other enemy skills that come off as cheap because of splash damage. The damage from enemy skills that don't touch my character are beyond questionable (looking at snake things with red projectile crap). - Unbalanced enemies making trials after completing the first two ascendancies not worth doing unless your able to do enough damage later on. You guys really dropped the ball when it comes to balancing this stuff right. (You guy's over did it with annoying factors. Not being able to sell items at end of trials). - Titan/Warrior class is wimpy and annoying compared to my Ranger or Witch and it's because there are too many skills that are not worth using (Rolling Slam what happened!?). I want to use the totems but I don't want to have to invest a ton of passive perks for it. Most useful passive perks for crit chance, damage are spread out so far you have to spend way too many passives just to reach them. Just made Titan about 3 days ago, ran through whole game and got to atlas maps. Boss killer and glass cannon. He dies way to easy compared to a character with high energy shield or evasion and I believe it has to do with the armor stat being slightly underpowered. I know it's possible to make a decent build but I'm started to get irritated with the amount of extra time that's required to make it viable. This is no D2 Barb and definitely not as fun. Warrior skills, again, mediocre. I don't understand why there are so many underpowered skills that aren't worth using on this class the higher level you get. Dernier bump le 9 mars 2025 12:41:41

I really hope warrior will be shifted to a better stage once the "neighbor classes" will be available.
Ie: which can have sorceress spells We can only use "off spec" abilities. Not impossible, but DEX or INT build warriors when we should be the pure STR class Im more of a defensive type so my guess templar and druid will give my build a big boost. We only have 1 weapon type... And... is there even any dual wield build in the game? I only seen 1h + shield and two handed builds. What about two different weapon type builds? If I have a mace + axe would it be viable still? Or "not enough skillslots" Even at current stage we don't have "cast on" abilities. "Cast on block" would be gamebraking for us... Its in the poe2db. Wonder what the other "coming soon" abilities would be? Cast on bleed? Stun? Cast on ignite in case you have a flame warrior build, but you need massive INT. Same if you have crit build. So monk and sorcerers are happy... And even those are focused on spell gems... so again... we cant put too much in there unless you make an INT warrior... So even if we would get "cast on block" what could we put in there? |

You also see most builds with warrior / titan or warbringer - you have to run around using default attack to break armor or build stun before then using couple of different warcries before then dropping a really boring skill a giant hammer (how much thought did this take)
Vs most other classes - my conc build - drop curse, spam attack, dead. My lightning arrow - don't even use lightning arrow spam lightning rod and orbs.. spark, spam spak Warrior is weaker, slower and forced to use more combos and skills than other classes ITS FUCKING WEIRD BRO like why did they do it so badly lol |

Warrior only really excels when used with movement skills. To make anything else work on the class requires tons of investment. This is the class where they went all in for combinations of skills to work together in order to do serious damage, but it relies heavily on stuns and breaking armor before casting skills that so long to land that you can only chunk down enemies while repeating the same cycle.
This extends fights for a longer period of time which means more rounds of mechanics and things that can one shot you into oblivion. That doesn't include the gear investment needed to put your build together. Or you can go play spark sorc with much less gear investment, press a button and win. |

In issue with warrior (compared to other classes) that some of our good damage buildup can be easily bypassed.
Boneshatter needs that "prime to stun", that can be triggered by anything. Even a single shield charge can stun enemies, and unless its a boss fight you wont see a second chance. Compared this to frozen combos or the fartcloud... Theres the shield wall that is extremely hard to use defensively, since you look at that direction and you make the wall explode. I would welcome an "echo skillgem" that lets the ability be used again if the prime indicator is used up. and a shield wall "turn off explosion" gem could be good too. For that I would "give shield wall your thorn stat, in exchange wont explode by slams anymore" Not sure how many people play ignite warrior? But there is that spirit gem that cant really be used: "Cast on ignite" - needs massive INT and only good with spells. And begs the question what can we actually use once "Cast on block" gem will be added o the game? We don't have many STR spells. And we can hope druid or templar skillset could offer something, its its a spirit gem that good for them, and they tap into sorcerer spells since they have more int? |
