support help, I used the wrong account when purchasing

Exactly a month has passed since I contacted support with a question about transferring a purchase from a sub-account....still no answer...it's terrible

I haven't written any new letters during this time

I am right there with you. I ended up with some mtx on the wrong account during the merging process. I sent support a message almost two months ago on January 10th, and have had no response at all.

Just hanging out in limbo. Feels bad.

not reassuring news. You have a 2 month term and still no answer. It turns out they won't answer me for another month 100%.
Maybe you know people who were helped with this issue? How long did they do it for.. and will they help at all.. maybe there is no point in waiting anymore
