reckless managment

I love POE but the way it is being rolled out is very poor. Yes this is beta, unfinished. Releasing an UNTESTED patch is just bad. Many games have failed because of poor rollouts. There has been NO official post here about todays disasterous patch. Communication is key and no communication sends a bad message to customers. PC is recieving 95% of the support. the website and game for the most part works very good for them. Console cant use the website and now cant even use the game with no end in sight as there is zero communication. Please take a moment to look at why so many other games have failed and stop repeating what led to there downfall. I love this game and want it to succeed. I am not critizing but hopefully pointing out the obvious. I hope for the best for POE but with the issues at hand and no communication i am losing hope. Please dont let POE fail and fall apart. Anything to do with creating a game is difficult, so myself and many others understand the challanges, but issues like these raise many questions. Hers to POE 2 being successfull and overcoming them.
