Currency Exchange Error

I keep getting unsold items in currency exchange but not being refund any of the gold. It happens way too often so I have to post on here in hopes it gets sorted out.

The currency exchange thinks my order is fulfilled but only 1/20 or the order is is actually filled. And it spits back out the 95% of my original for sale items.

If this happens I should received the gold back so I can process the order again.
