Screen Tearing

Anyone else having this screen tear effect? Didn't happen before this last patch...its especially bad when using herald of lightning, ive died a few times because i cant see what kills me...super fun...

all the time. especial in middle of battle.

Its at its worst during a breach and makes it impossible to see anything on screen

It gets even worse in a T15+ map with Delirium during the breach or ritual. I hope my PS5 Pro doesn't die because of this game.
