Support gems bug

Hello,
Can someone help me, with this bug.

Problem Description:
Any active skill pushed to socket that color was changed with chromatic orb, doesn't work with support gems.
If I push support gem to that changed socket, it's doenst work too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Buy item with 3(example) sockets( 2 green 1 red )
2. Use chromatic orb.

Actual Result:
We have item with 3 green socket, but socket that was red, doesnt work corrently with support gems.

Also all my bow sockets dont work, any of support gem doesnt contact with my active skill. ( was used jeweller's orb.

Right...you may have the right sockets but you don't have the links to use support gems.
At best on the chest you can have split arrow with pierce or faster attacks and they would be socketed on the right hand side sockets.

What you have done is dump split arrow into the only non linked socket on the chest and put the 2 supports in the linked ones

Like i said the sockets all need to be linked for you to gain the benefit of the support gems.
going by the pics you have split arrow on the socket to the left which isn't linked to the 2 support gems...s nothing would show in the tool tip.
You could move split arrow to the right hand side and get the benefit of 1 support gem but that's it until you get the three sockets linked

Then, I dont understand why active gems in bow, doesnt stack with any support gem.

I have a bow with 3 green sockets.
With positions:

I have 1 active skill and 1 support skill( projectiles pierce % ex. ).
Where must be active skill gem?
Where must be support skill gem to apply bonus to active skill?

P.s. I tried all variants.

The bow has zero linked sockets and putting support gems into it will do nothing for you, if you were thinking that you base attack would pierce it won't.
Supports are only for the abilities linked to it.



You'll nottice the sockets are bridged and that all of them are linked?
meaning that my glacial hammer is effected by the supports linked to it.



and with that even though i have 4 sockets only the top 2 sockets are linked which is where i have cyclone and life on hit.
