location of "from nothing" and "controlled metamorphosis" as minion build?

I'm trying to figure out where I could use these to improve this build (skeleton frost mages infernalist), but I don't have any nice ideas

edit: I already have patch to prism guard, hard to find any other place worth justifying not using rare jewel instead
