What a joke customer support! How is this acceptable for a paid service game?
I am at two months of my ticket wher eI finally received an automated we are sorry response without even aknowleding my problem. I wish I coudl refund my founders packs. This is absolutetly unnaceptabel customer service and non existant techinical support.
