I'm getting ghosted by your email support team

I requested to merge my PS and PC accounts. I received a reply asking me for some account details, which I answered as soon as possible. I haven't received a reply in a week, even though I sent two email reminders since then. I didn't even get a "still working on it" message. The fix would be a 5-minute procedure, including the review of the entire conversation by a completely fresh support agent.

Meanwhile, you're removing my other posts for "misinformation" while I have proof and show it to you.

I've paid for the $60 pack just to support you guys in advance. And this is how you treat people back? I mean, you're willing to take as much as people are willing to give, but your support is as bad as it gets on a free game?

How much more time do I have to invest until I get your attention on a 5-minute fix?

Customer Support Update (posted a month ago) has some relevant info:

If you’re still waiting for a response, we urge you not to send another email as it will move you to the back of the queue.

Instead of posting this info on a forum, why not include it in the support email? Say something like "responses may be late, don't reply, because your message is moved back in queue".

Simple procedure that could save major frustration from users.

Because business something something honestly.

"Hey wait here an indeterminate amount of time with zero contact, and if you try to get ahold of us we'll penalize you" just never sounds like a good thing coming from a company.

My best guess is that it's to keep people from bot-spamming their inbox out of rage.

I'll agree it does suck when a company's least damaging form of contact with it's customers is to treat every decision as a primed grenade, throw it into the forum and run screaming the other direction.

Communication has slowed through the years, and it's no secret that it's due to this fact. We all suffer from the few that sent death threats and such.
