Bugged Citadel blocking entire side of atlas

I completed an Iron Citadel but, as usual, it said it wasn't complete (boss dead, fragments nabbed, 0 enemies left). Then it transitioned, as usual, to Map Failed. The endgame's been out for 2 months, frustrating this hasn't been fixed yet.
In this case it's worse, because the bugged node is blocking an entire section of my atlas. There are no other paths to take me to this side, which also has two citadels hiding in the mist nearby.
