Attacks not working on Delirium

I died a few times because I keep attacking enemy packs and it doesn't do SH1T, what's the deal with that crap?
Seriously, I erase packs of lvl 82 enemies with fully enchanted maps, and sometimes this crap happens and I don't know what's the deal with it, is it a bug or something?

As a monk enjoyer sometimes I don't know where some of my hits go or why they deal so lil damage even outside of delirium (melting zarokh tho ez pz)
