Nerf in the lvl of the waystones droped?

Hello.....

For several days now, the level of the waystones has been several levels lower than that of the used stone, it is very rare for one to loot of a higher level than the one used.

I've noticed the same thing...running 300 rarity on character and 600-1000% waystone quantity on the maps and I'll be lucky to get 1 map that is the same tier as the one that was used. Generally I have to combine lower level maps just to get T15's.

To be clear, I am getting waystones, around 20-30 per run, but 95% or more of them are under T13, with a large majority being below T10 even that are not worth picking up at all.

Maybe they could limit the waystone drops to be within a certain number of tiers from the one that was used to help with that bad RNG?

If the lowest tier waystone that dropped from a T15 was a T10 it would be much easier to sustain T15 runs.

For example, i used a waystone lvl 13 and droped waystones lvl 7 or 8. 100 Rarity and 250% waystone quantity.
