Xesht should not have overwhelm on all their attacks
Xesht deals to much damage against a character that specializes into physical mitigation. They already penetrates armour by having large base hit why does it also need to overwhelm?
For a example if you are able to get 50% physical mitigation against their hits. Which requires a large investment into armour and locks you out of any other defence scaling like ES or Evasion. The overwhelm will gives them 60% more damage. Where the overwhelm does nothing if the player has ES or Evasion. As armour already is the weakest form of defence mechanically by only defending against physical. Having overwhelm in the game also makes it numerically the worst at defending against it. Armour is a wasted stat if you're trying to tank boss abilities. without phys taken as and pdr from endurance charges its a waste of time.
