Please change reduced Attribute Requirements affix to a flat value that applies globally.

If we get +20 intelligence stat, it applies globally. It can be used for every piece of gear. And every skill gem.

Reduced Attribute Requirements doesn't, and it feels really bad. It should be global so I can use that stat to bring down the requirement for skill/spirit gems too. And being global, it should be a flat number.

So please replace that Reduced Attribute Requirements.

There, clear. Can be applied globally. And worthwhile as it should be a higher value at the same tier +attributes as attributes.
