2/10 Effort, issues exacerbated by support team

I had an account locked for 30 days, It was unlocked on the 3rd of this month.
At the time of the lock i played 200 hours of the games 400 hour lifespan.

Its really crazy but a 30 day false ban really took away the joy of poe2.
I am no longer on the leaderboards, half of the friends i made unfriended me, i spent 30$ on a new account and support will not compensate me, When i asked why i was locked after trading a friend - they said it was because of chat and then linked me a message of me asking if i could LEVEL UP WITH MY WIFE and have not got back to me since, this is so they can place a warning on my account without violation.

Thats why im not interested in poe 2, actions you actually took against me, and your failure to compensate me, the actions you took against hack victims by locking their accounts when they email you for HELP, and your weaponization of every dang system you can. what a PR nightmare.
