Still can't access early access

I don't know where to ask. Support is ignoring me. I bought the game 1. December and still can't play.

I contacted support so many times. In the beginning at least they answered. I give them the info they need and then... nothing. No further contact. And now I don't even get an answer when I write to support.

I know what they need from me, since they already told me several times and I always give them all the information. But nothing happens. It's so frustrating...
