Skill Tree Attributes Don’t Match Character Screen

On phone so can’t attach images but when I start a new build on steamdeck, the attributes from Character menu don’t match the stats in the passive skill tree. Looks like they’re just mislabeled but I can’t figure out which screen to rely on when looking at my intricate builds. :/
