Organised Forces removes Irradiation

So I went to citadel which has boss and irradiated status. It said lvl 80 when I was placing waystone. On the map I see level 79 :/


It looks like if map previously had status irradiated and you have Organised Forces active it REMOVES status irradiated...

Also - I don't know if Beyond Reality works as well. I can't remember if I had corruption added.
